Has anyone here received an email from a Kaiser recruiter offering a video interview where you choose what time you'd like to interview and you specify which Nor Cal Kaisers you'd like to work at?

I scheduled myself for next week and am wondering what the process is like, as well as how likely it is to result in a job offer...
