No ATT- can't get a hold of pcshq!

Hi everyone,

I still haven't received my ATT (application submitted March 5) and I can't get in touch with anyone who can tell me why. Pearson Vue said contact MA BON- I emailed them and they said I must contact pcshq. I have called pcshq several times, only to stay on hold (once for for 2 1/2 hours)- I've also pressed the option to receive a call back. I was not called back. I've emailed them twice. Tonight I'm really annoyed because I called and the office was closed, and the recording said that emails will be answered within one business day. Uh... not my email apparently. It's just so frustrating. I've heard of contacting a state rep for help- any advice on that? Has anyone experienced this? Oh yeah- my classmates that have applied all got their ATTs- one classmate that applied several days after me received hers not even 2 weeks later. I also did not receive the email that my classmates did, saying that my COG had been received. However, it is checked off on the pcshq website- even the coordinator review step is checked off as done. But if that's true, they haven't contacted Pearson Vue about it.

Hi,

I was wondering how you made out. My PCS dashboard has been showing 7/8 steps complete for a few weeks now. It says complete under coordinator application review and they have requested no further documents. Despite this I still have not received ATT. Tried calling and was on hold for hours as well. Tried emailing and received generic response that did not address issue. Contacted Pearson and BORN as well and they pointed me back to PCS. Super frustrating. Just wondering if you had to wait a bit longer or speak with someone else. Thanks
