NMC resubmissions 2018

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie in posting topics. I wanted to start a new thread which focuses on resubmissions and timelines after receiving feedbacks from the NMC assessment officers. I wish to be enlightened since I recently received a feedback as well as to enlighten others in the future. I have seen a lot of discussions about this, but it would be more convenient to focus on 1 topic on a specific thread.

Here's my timeline.

Entered assessment queue: March 19, 2018

Received feedback: April 30, 2018 (30th working day)

Asked to resubmit

*Form to Accompany Transcript of Training

*emp ref 2 front page and letter from senior nurse

* new SCFHS good standing certificate

Entered assessment queue: May 9, 2018

I had a colleague who had a timeline almost similar to mine, but she received her DL 2 hours after re entering the queue. I was expecting to receive my DL right away but wasn't able to.

Would you mind sharing your timelines and experiences too? Did you actively email or call your assessor? Or just waited for weeks? The time frame is really frustrating since i passed my cbt since January and have been looking forward to positive results by this time.

Hi there. At first, I sumitted a good standing certificate from SCFHS that was 8 months old from issued date. Upon receiving the feedback, I was asked to upload a new one that is not older that 3 months from date of issue. So, I requested for a new one from Saudi. May I ask, is there a new memo? The memo that I know and have submitted bbefore states that saudi council doesnt fill any forms instead they will only issue good standing certs.

Hi Shaine! I just actually followed the advice of my agent and upon rereading the memo, it dawned on me that I might be asked to submit a good standing certificate. I hope not. Almost all pf my colleagues in KSA have gone back here in the Philippines and I'll find ot difficult to process. Plus, my previous employer is hard to deal with since they wanted us to extend our contract of two years to three. It wasn't what I signed for so they let me go home unwillingly. Jeez.

It's really hard to process saudi documents if you dont have anybody to rely on in saudi. I understand. I think it's best that you call NMC first. Ask for their advice. They're very flexible so maybe there's an alternative way. May i know what your agency is? Im bound to watford as well.

Right? I passed IELTS on August and CBT on December. It took me a painstakingly 4 months tp comply all the requirements and be on queue just because of my reference letters (barcoded). I hope I won't undergo the same process again. I made sure everything os complete, all explanations of the requirements and employment gaps included. Btw, I'm with GHR.

Not only that it's time consuming but it is certainly expensive. Me too, i almost sent NMC a portfolio just to assure all my documents. Oh hey, im with GHR as well. Hmmmmm. That's why...í ¾í´ I guess you just need to either call NMC or wait for your feedback. You might receive it soon.

Hi everyone. I have a question regarding queue. How will I know if I already entered the queue of the NMC? I sent my documents last april and my portal indicated that all my documents has been received last May 2. Thank you.h

You would need to call or email NMC to know but most of the time, it is when your last document either by post or submission on your portal was received. So if you clicked submit prior to sending by post ,then you've entered the queue on may 2. As for my case, all my barcoded forms were reflected as received march 15 however i clicked submit on march 19, so it was march 19 for me. I hope this helps.

HI friends, i would like to know how long is the validity of decision letter from the moment its being issued to the applicant?

Yes. I believe so too. My colleague submitted a letter to explain her employment gap and received the dl 2 hours after. we had the exact assessment officer.

hi miss. i just want to ask if the letter for employment gap is just the typical letter format? sorry, but i'm just confused how to go about this employment gap coz i didnt work during this gap. thanks for your help! :)

Hi! I would like to know if what should I write on the last page of my reference form since I will be using my ielts result for my application. Should i leave it blank? Or write N/A. I'm really confuse. Thank you!!
