Hi everyone. I'm a newbie in posting topics. I wanted to start a new thread which focuses on resubmissions and timelines after receiving feedbacks from the NMC assessment officers. I wish to be enlightened since I recently received a feedback as well as to enlighten others in the future. I have seen a lot of discussions about this,but it would be more convenient to focus on 1 topic on a specific thread.

Here's my timeline.

Entered assessment queue: March 19, 2018

Received feedback: April 30, 2018 (30th working day)

Asked to resubmit

*Form to Accompany Transcript of Training

*emp ref 2 front page and letter from senior nurse

* new SCFHS good standing certificate

Entered assessment queue: May 9, 2018

I had a colleague who had a timeline almost similar to mine, but she received her DL 2 hours after re entering the queue. I was expecting to receive my DL right away but wasn't able to.

Would you mind sharing your timelines and experiences too? Did you actively email or call your assessor? Or just waited for weeks? The time frame is really frustrating since i passed my cbt since January and have been looking forward to positive results by this time.

Hi. In my experience, i submitted my documents for assessment last feb 7, 2018. I received a feedback last march 22, 2018. I then submitted the documents they asked (explanation of employment gap) on march 26, 2018. Finally, i received my DL last April 12, 2018.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Did you call or email yoir assessor once in a while to hasten it? Or did you just wait until your DL arrived?

I just waited for the DL. It really varies, a friend of mine received her DL 3 days after resubmitting her documents. Where are you from?

Yes. I believe so too. My colleague submitted a letter to explain her employment gap and received the dl 2 hours after. we had the exact assessment officer.

Hi! I am an NMC applicant bound for Watford, and also from Saudi. May i know what you meant when you said you were required to send a new SCFHS? I was advised by my agent to send a blank barcoded form with the memo from saudi council stating they won't issue certificate of good standing anymore. I sent my documents and entered queue on April 1. I would like to stay positive that upon seeing my NMC account is not showing the button to "view only" my files, hopefully means that I am about to hear from my assessor, and hopefully receive my dl. Any news? Thanks!

Hi there. At first, I sumitted a good standing certificate from SCFHS that was 8 months old from issued date. Upon receiving the feedback, I was asked to upload a new one that is not older that 3 months from date of issue. So, I requested for a new one from Saudi. May I ask, is there a new memo? The memo that I know and have submitted before states that saudi council doesnt fill any forms instead they will only issue good standing certs.

Hi! All of my documents were uploaded last April 28,2018 and I was asked to resubmit a reference letter. They were able to receive the additional reference letter on May 5 and was put on queue on May 5. I got my decision letter the day after which is May 9, 2018 but the address that they have written contained a wrong information. I'm still trying to sort it out.

Finally received my d.l. i really thought it would take another 30 days as stated by the assessor. I was just really paranoid since i wasnt so sure about my scanned documents. Though i read here to just wait for it, i really couldnt control myself but to email them. Hence, after 7 working days, i have my d.l. thank God.
