NMBI Filipino Nurse

Hi! I just wanted to know if Im eligible to apply fot NMBI. I have almost 2 years of experience. From jul 2014 to feb 2016. But I resigned amd now practicinh a different profession. I wanted to apply in Ireland but when I check the instructions for NMBI, it say current employer... thanks!
