Firs of all, nobody is immune to test anxiety. Some stress more, some less. Also, there is no way to predict what topics from each subject will be covered on the exam, unless you are a psychic. All I can say is, study as much as you can. This does not mean to spend hours of non-stop studying every day. What this means is, at least two weeks prior to the exam, start studying for 2-3 hours a day taking a 10-15 min breaks in between. Also, one day before the exam, do not cram at all. Take a rest. Finally, on the day of the exam, do not overthink it. Take a deep breath and just have faith in yourself. Good luck!
Hey CedarGirl10,
How did you do on the exam?? I am set up to take it on 10 May. I am starting to panic since I am reading there is a difference between PAX-PN and PAX-RN. Do you know if this is true or not? I have been studying out of the NLN LPN/LVN book and have to travel 2.5hrs to take my exam. I'm hoping its the right one!

I will be taking my exam February 24th and I am so stressed about it. This is my ticket to nursing school. I don't want to mess this up. I have been studying out of my study guide and memorizing some vocabulary, but I feel like no matter how much I study, there will be different things on the exam? Is there anything from ANY subject that I need to absolutely know? Like thermodynamics or any laws.....ANY information I greatly appreciate it. I have anxiety just thinking about this exam!!!
