I didn't have to do that one, but I stressed myself out like crazy over having to do the HESI- PN for my LPN-RN bridge. I too had originally taken the ATI for my LPN program but that was a couple years ago. Think it is about the same, NCLEX-style question about stuff that should have been overed in your LPN program. Ask the school what they suggest using for studying, they told us NCLEX review books were best. Despite all of my worry/stress I passed did well as start my program next week, yay!
So study but remember you know this stuff....
Good luck!
My test date is also on March 9 at Mercy.. I know they offer a review for the exam But I believe its somewhere around $200 if I'm not mistaken. I would suggest studying from the NCLEX PN review books you used to study for boards.
I am also currently studying for the HESI in order to apply to BCC, needless to say I am going crazy with all these "entrance exams"
Goodluck to you! I hear Mercy Hospital has a great program, hopefully we can start in August! :)

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone can give me any information/tips as far as the NLN Comprehensive PN exam? I am currently registered to take the exam next month in order to apply for the LPN to RN transition program at Mercy Hospital in Miami, FL.
I was told that the exam is much like the NCLEX PN exam but I would really appreciate any other info as far as if there is a specific book to study for this particular exam. I know the min score is 128 but the higher the score the better the chance of getting into the program.
Also is this exam similar to the ATI comprehensive exam? I know for my LPN program we had to take an exit final exam but it was with ATI, just wondering if they are similar.
Thanks!
