Hi,
I noticed there wasn't a thread for 2023 application cycle. Is there anyone else here applying to NJCU ABSN program for fall 2023?

Hi. Good luck on your application next year. And no, I don't have a high GPA. GPA 3.3, but I have all As and 1 B in my prerequisite classes. I work as a CHHA. My HESI score was a 94. I hope this helps.
Hey everyone! I was just wondering if anyone knows of any other programs similar to NJCU that look at your application holistically? I've been rejected from nursing programs pretty consistently for the last ten years or so, but somehow I got waitlisted to NJCU!! This is the closest I've ever gotten to being accepted somewhere. The bad news is, my prerequisite classes are about to expire so I'm thinking about retiring the nursing school plan entirely. University of Rochester's program was easy to get into but it was so expensive I couldn't bring myself to attend. Can anyone recommend any other programs that are affordable and look at the application holistically?

Check out trinitas nursing school, rutgers or you can try looking at community colleges that offer ADN

Try looking at Saint Peter's University ABSN it is relatively affordable and not hard to get into, so long as you meet the requirements.

I got waitlisted! Does anyone know how likely it is that I would get in from the waitlist? I'm nervous about it.
