I figure since I start school in august, this is going to be the last time I get to go. Is anyone else going to NTI next month?

I'm going!
Have you ever been before? If so, how are the exhibits and do they have mixers at night to meet everyone.
I have never been before so I am pretty excited about going. I'm travelling with a friend who has been several times and she says it really great. She tells me that they typically have a networking night.

I am going as wel. It would be great if we could meet someplace and finally put a face to a name.

I will also be at NTI this year since I live here in New Orleans and I really need like 20 contact hours to maintain my CCRN. This will be my first time too and probably last since I was accepted to CRNA School starting this August. Maybe we will run into one another. If I can, i'll put my call name on my nametag. I'm going too! I will only be there Tuesday though. I went in '93 and loved it, great learning experience, and lots of freebies!

The AANA has a conference every year which is similar to NTI that is geared toward critical care nurses, but this is geared for CRNA's. They are very student oriented and it's a lot of fun. You get to attend classes, workshops, meetings. They have mixers and dinners too. It's like an NTI for CRNA's. Check out the AANA website, there is still time so that you might be able to have someone sponsor your formal dinner tickets and admissions fee. The best source for info on all this is the AANA website. Good luck.
Let's all put our names on our name tags.
Sounds like a good idea also, but are there going to be students there who don't start until this august. I'm thinking that its going to be students who have already started school.
There are always students that will be starting soon after or who are already in school. People who are simply interested also attend the conference.
