NICU Interview Tips For A New Grad

I have an upcoming interview for a level III NICU in two weeks. I'm a new grad RN and am super nervous for this interview because this is my dream job. Any input on what to expect, sample questions, things I could do to stand out, or common NICU interview mistakes would be greatly appreciated.
