Hi everyone,
I am graduating from an accelerated program mid-May. I have an interview scheduled for next Wednesday for a fellowship in the area's best NICU. I was given the direct email address for the recruiter from the mom I babysit for, and another former employee put in a good word for me, so I'm hoping that helps my chances... I'm meeting with two instructors tomorrow for interview tips, but this is stressing me out to no end. I'm not a great interviewer, admittedly, but I did get a suit, a document portfolio, printed out resumes, pamphlets I've made in school, etc. to at least look the part. I've read through so many posts about potential questions and I've read over my journals and preceptorship learning plans to think of real-life examples, but truthfully, I'm scared! I've gone on real interviews in the past, but they have always been conversational and a discussion of my skills and experience. I'm wondering if anyone else has any specific tips for this kind of thing.
Thanks so much!
