These fraudulent recruitment emails originate from the Philippines, the scam uses the name of a Canadian hospital or healthcare facility to try and trick the nurse into believing it is a legitimate job opportunity. Canadian authorities are not able to intervene, it is recommended that nurses who receive these emails contact their local police or anti-fraud agency.
This is the same text used when they allegedly attempted to recruit for a Canadian flight nursing company. A highly coveted job requiring extensive critical care experience but the ad sought inexperienced nurses. The title, facility and contact changed. This all occurs from within the Philippines. If you look in the Nursing in the Philippines forum the appropriate government agency to report this fraud to is listed. The thread wasn't that long ago.

This scam has been going on for years, all that changes is the name of the hospital or organization that is supposedly doing the recruiting. If you google fraudulent nurse recruitment Philippines, you can see dozens of warnings issued by Canadian hospitals. Along with a warning about the fraudulant email, the hospitals also include information about their hiring practices, which are; (insert hospital name)
"does not actively recruit nursing staff from abroad, nor does it recruit through e-mail and will never ask job applicants to send money as part of the job application processâ€

To all Philippine Nurses, beware of an email coming from Nicole H. Hamming. Should you receive an email informing you that you're qualified to work in New Brunswick Greater St John, and an employer by the name of Nicole Hamming is coming over to the Philippines for a 2-day seminar, disregard message at once. It's a SCAM!

Primer Human Resource is a legit agency accredited by the POEA
Nicole Hamming is a real person from New Brunswick Greater St John Hospice. Her real email ad is [email protected]. The fake Nicole uses hospicesj.info. To sum it up, someone used the name of the agency and Ms Nicole Hamming to rob people! I have personally called Primer Human Resource and was informed that they only have employers coming from the Middle East. I also emailed the real Nicole and she said that they weren't hiring, and there were no seminars.
Whoever you are, use our money well. Someday, you will answer to the authorities. And someday, you will have nothing but regret.
