Anyone waiting to hear from NHCTC-Manch for fall 08???

Nothing to much happened at the BBQ, we got a 20% discount for the medsurg book pack...which i could give you if you want it. It was nice to talk to the seniors...a little scary too! :) I have horrible organizational skills...Im working very hard to get things together over the next 19 days(!!!) So hopefully I can pull it all together!

As for the assesments I think i recall at orientation the instructors mentioning something about shorts...but i cant remember. Id really rather be in scrubs the whole time so hopefully thats the case! We will see I guess. Im also not sure if we will do ivs or blood draws on eachother. I took the phlebotomy class at our school where I had to sign a waiver upfront that we agreed to draw off and be drawn on during the class. Maybe they will have a waiver are first day of school or maybe we wont use eachother at all...hmm?

My lab is on thursday 130 to 430. I have a facebook (Danielle Coffill, Hudson NH) if you want to friend request me so you will "know" me when ya see me LOL! Cant wait!! Talk to you soon.

I was just reading through this thread and realized I have a lot to purchase still! yikes!! Do you mind if I friend request you on facebook? It will make it easier to ask questions :) and a face with a name will be helpful! I found out my clinicals are the second half of the semester at night at CMC. Have you seen anyone else on here with that time? I've been scrolling through to try and touch base with anyone and found nothing. Getting excited :)

That's ok...I've gotten that a few times. Ashley is my daughter.

I was wondering if you guys are having a hard time finding the study guide for pharmacology for nurses. I can't find it anywhere...does it come with the book?

Your welcome Samantha! What version of the Pharm book are they asking you to get? 2nd or 3rd edition?

I found most of my books on amazon...the ones I couldn't find I just typed into google until I found the right site
