So as of next week I will be finishing my CNA program and after next weekend I will be doing skills test and setting for my CNA test. I am so excited to be finished with the course work and finally being able to use my skills in my field will be great. My favorite part about this is that my interview for LPN School is the week after I finish my testing. It makes me happy that I will be able to work as a CNA while attending LPN School. I feel that the CNA experience will make me a better nurse. Just being a CNA before I am a LPN I feel will allow me to work with my CNA's once I am an LPN much better then just being an LPN and or RN right out.

congrats! I am thinking about taking the same road. i found a website called mycnajobs.com. Maybe it can help you. I am excited because I saw several jobs where they said, will train right person, no exp necessary. I am just working on finding a place to get my CNA license from. How long was your CNA program?
