I am 21 and entering BSN program hopefully this fall with plans of becoming a FNP and was wondering if it is hard to grab an OR position as either a scrub or circulating nurse right out of school? I like nursing b/c of the flexibility of areas of work but I am not too fond of being a staff nurse. RNFA is also something im interested in that after I got experience in as a scrub nurse I could do while going to school for FNP. Any input would be great!
