New Zealand RN wanting to work in US

Im a NZ Comprehensive RN who has been working in a psychiatric unit fo the past 10 years wanting to get some info about what it would take for me to move to the states and work there??? Anything would be helpful - partifularly how much work there is in the psych area and the wages and also about the NCLEX??? Many thx Lisa
