New York license by endorsement

Hello, has anyone obtained a new york license by endorsement? I am trying to figure out the process for applying I have a Maryland and DC license. It states that I have to get certification of my professional education. Just confirming, I have to get my school to fill that out? And the verification of other professional licensure, who does that come from? It says it can come from Nursys. I don't understand how to go about doing that. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! I did this last 2020 and it took 7 months for the endorsement  to be given to me. I remember sending a document to my school for them to fill up (in Asia) since my original Florida license is not verified under NCSBN. It was done by a private verifier.
