IL professional License website will allow you to request a packet and apply for Reciprocity. What's your specialty/experience?

Hi, I also graduated from the Philippines and I currently have a license in California. I have been trying to contact the licensing department in Illinois through phone and e-mail to inquire about the requirements but no one is answering. How can i acquire the fingerprint card? And for the Credential Evaluation Service, a Profession & Science Course-by-Course Report is needed in Illinois. On the CGFNS website, there are two choices: a Professional Report and an Academic Report. I don't know which one to choose since I haven't gotten a response from CGFNS too.

You make an appointment with the fingerprinting place online and they give you the card that you mail with your application to the state.
The Idpfr website or link on the illinois.gov website gives you all the info you need regarding Illinois endorsement.
good luck
