New USRN, trying to build a resume but no experience

Hello

I just passed my NCLEX, and now I'm at the point of building my resume so I can start applying for a job. I would like to ask for help if anyone has a sample resume they use or resources kindly send it to me. please 

I have no prior healthcare experience; the only experience that I had was when I was in the Philippines as a nursing student, and that was a long time ago.

I truly appreciate it to anyone who can help or guide me.
