Hello,
Are there anyone who has been ACCEPTED to TWU FNP program (DENTON campus) and will be beginning in the FALL 2011? If so, have you enrolled in classes yet?

I've been accepted at the Dallas campus and received my letter today which gave the date for orientation/registration for the Dallas campus.
CONGRATULATIONS!!
Wow, finally, I speak with someone accepted to TWU FNP FALL 2011! Have you spoke with your advisor and decided which classes you are going to take? Are you going PART-TIME or FULL-TIME? I've decided to work FULL-TIME & do school PART-TIME. I need to pick my classes still and speak with my advisor. I'm very excited about beginning. You are the second person I've talked to on here that has gotten into TWU's DALLAS campus; however, no one from DENTON campus.

I am starting out part time at first and then I will see if I want to go full time. From what I've been told by a coworker who is already in the program, you are given a specific degree plan and I think it is based on if you enroll part time or full time. I haven't met with my advisor yet, but I believe I will be doing so at orientation/registration on July 5.

So glad to find this post! I have been accepted to fall 2011 FNP at DENTON. I spoke with my advisor this week (Patricia), and we are meeting on July 25th do make my degree plan and set a graduation date! :0
I have to work, so I will be part time, BUT I want to try to double up on the easy classes to save a little time.
What is your plan?? I'll know more after my meeting with Patricia. Very excited, and a little anxious....
and MISSVICTORIAT I just saw your other thread....to answer your question, I have 2 years experience on a telemetry floor. Glad we are classmates!
glad we are classmates too, telejelly!
i meet with professor (moderator edit of name - please do not post names of individuals in your program per terms of service) on the 18th. i'm only going to take 6 or 7 hours. but i'm like you, i kinda wanna take some easy classes first. then pair up adv assessment with an fluff class, adv pharm with a fluff class and then adv patho with a fluff class. u know?
