New RN License Timeline

Published

Hello!

Just took my NCLEX yesterday, and I was wondering if anyone who recently took NCLEX for Illinois could give me some information on the timeline..

How long from your test date did it take for your results to come in the mail?

After you sent in your application and check, how long until you appeared on the BON website/hand your license in hand?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks:)

I posted the same thread a couple weeks ago. I took boards on May 21st and had results in mail May 28th. Sent in info to IDFPR on the 28th and have not seen my name posted or license in mail. I'll update as soon as I see one or the other. Imagine is-- state says they are behind on everything. :/

I was trying to search for a posting like this, but I wasn't having any luck! I must have missed your posting!

Thank you so much for replying! I hope you get your license soon! I would greatly appreciate it if you would let me know when you do! :)

Thanks!

Was issued my license yesterday (6/11/13). So here's my timeline in case anyone is interested and reads this....

5/15/13- received ATT

5/21/13- took boards

5/28/13- received official pass letter from CTS

5/28/13- mailed results to IDFPR same day with $50 money order

6/11/13- license posted on IDFPR website

Not bad for the state of Illinois!

Have you received your license in hand yet?

Did you get your license?

Did you get your license?

I have still not been posting online. Received my official pass letter 6/15/13, mailed $50 money order same day, and it still hasn't been processed! Very frustrating.

About 1-2 more weeks for you. The people waiting for their plumbing licenses want theirs too, as do the beauticians, electricians, other nursing schools, etc. etc.

I know. The application can take 4 weeks, as per the licensing form. However, when calling to check on the application, the IL licensing board should not be telling people 7-10 days after receiving the fee and license application. That has been told to myself, as well as several of my friends.

My license number officially posted today! Thankfully!

hi Malko16 pls help me. need some help in Illinois.
