My best guess is $26-28/hr. Plus a shift differential for evenings or nights. Since this is your first RN job, take the job offer with the best experience you can get and don't focus so much on the pay. The rate won't be negotiable anyway because they can easily find another new grad willing to work for what they've offered.

I am hoping that some of you can give me an idea of how much an new RN grad with an associate's degree will make an hour at a long-term care facility in Utica, NY and surrounding areas. I'm waiting to receive an offer for pay and I want to know what the normal hourly rate is for a new RN. The LTC is the one that I need the info on the quickest, but I would also like to know new grad RN hourly pay for hospitals, dr. office's, and any other facilities you can think of. I have tried the salary websites, but heard they are not always accurate. Thank you all so much for your answers.
