New to Peds!!

Hello all!  I have just accepted an offer for a Pediatric Specialty Care Unit/Step down unit and I couldn't be more excited!  I have done adult med-surg for the past 3 years but have always wanted to do peds!

I would love any and all advice for the transition from adults to peds and any resources I could use to help me study and prepare - I am excited but terrified at the same time.  Really hoping to come in as prepared as possible and thrive, not drown.
