New to peds

I accepted a position on a medsurg/peds unit. Ive only done adults. Any tips? And what is the Pals test like? Any good study materials? Thanks for any tips!

I wish just one of my instructors would have tipped me off to the downfall of not specialing right off the bat. Congrats on your interview and I will keep my fingers crossed.:yeah:
