Yes, I think that would be a good idea! But try not to overwhelm yourself with practicing them. I was able to buy my textbooks about two weeks before my first semester started and I only looked at the first couple of chapters in each course because just by flipping through it I seen I could easily get overwhelmed, so be careful!
Definitely read your nclex book, lab values are a must, and practice your dosage calculations...go online, print out some quick resources to review over the summer, but don't exhaust yourself, there will be plenty of that in the fall trust me. Just familiarize yourself with some of the things you will cover, however expect Anything!Good luck, I just graduated and I'm elated, you will be too.

hi,i'm a new nursing student sstarting in the fall in august of 2012.i just finished my prereqs and now on to nursing.i was wonder if it was a goog idea to start studing from some nclex book to get a head start very nervous and anxious!also wanted to know what to exspect.
