Dear Nurse Beth;
I am a new nurse and worked in a facility for 1 1/2 months and was terminated. The reason they gave is I did not met the expected performance. But I know and I heard from other nurses that they facility had having a low census, that even the old nurses scared of being terminated. There were even 2 of my preceptors sent home during their duty. Of course, I understand the management that they will keep the old nurses who has a lot of experiences than keeping me.
My question is, should I include my work experience of 1 1/2 month in my resume.

This is one of the most frequently encountered issues here on AN.
If you were paid via normal routes, with FICA deductions, this information will be included in background checks performed by all future employers. When they match up this information with the information on your application/resume, they WILL notice the omission. In many organizations, this is considered 'falsification' of your application information. So, bottom line?? Include it. Be prepared to respond to questions in terms of what you have learned & without bashing that employer... ex: "As it turned out, it was not a good fit, but I am very grateful for what I learned at XYZ company"
Very few of us (including moi) go through our careers without at least one involuntary termination or layoff. Employers don't expect perfection.
