I am a few months away from finishing my RN program. What was the hardest part about transitioning from student nurse to Registered Nurse?

By far the hardest thing about transitioning from student to nurse is the additional responsibility you carry as a nurse. You go from "I'll get the nurse" to suddenly being responsible for dealing with whatever comes your way. You ARE the nurse.

Learning to navigate the rocky sea of workplace relationships is difficult as well, especially for those who have never held a real job before.
