Hello All,

Quick question. I'm a nurse educator currently working on a Master's degree with a thesis focusing on preventing and managing burnout among nurses. I'm quite interested in how mentorship programs can play a role in mitigating long-term burnout among nurses.

How many of you have looked into new nurse mentorship programs? Are they being offered through your schools or employers? And if not, is this something you would consider paying for during your first couple of years in professional practice?
