New Mexico Lapsed Nursing License International Nurse

I am an Indian nurse.I passed my NCLEX  and was registered with New Mexico State Board of Nursing. But I never worked in USA due to retrogression. Now my license is lapsed. What can be done to reactivate my license? Please help me find a solition.
