Just so happens that a friend of mine is applying into NM as well, but she's a USA grad.

Anyways, I assume that you have already taken care of some of the other requirements needed, see the attached, it's on the last page 14.

As far as the timing goes to get your ATT, I don't know, but good luck to you!
