Hi shauntaebrit,
Welcome to ObGyn! :)
My nursing school class used that book (several editions old by now) and I'm not sure what it is that you're finding hard to understand. But either way, it's better to make your own notes to begin with. You will understand better, and that way you know they're good notes.
I know my instructors use powerpoints. Perhaps follow the topics covered in the powerpoints as an outline, but also be sure to read all of the chapter. It is unrealistic to ask someone to provide you with notes and explanations of 5 chapters (those chapters aren't short!)
If it is still unclear after you read and review, ask your instructor for help because I doubt someone else's notes would make it any more clear.
If you want to post a summary and some questions/comments pertaining to what you've read, that's cool. I think the other posters are concerned because if you haven't read the chapters, anyone's else's notes are not going to do you much good. Not trying to be harsh, just realistic as someone who's been there/done that.
