New MA, working 7P-7A in LTC--any tips?

Hey guys, I got my MA almost 2 months ago, but staffing prevented me from any work outside of training, as they needed me to be a CNA. Now I'm finally gonna hit the floor on my own cart as an MA, and making $20/hr. Insert happy dance ?. As it's been years since I did 3rd, any tips you can recommend? I'm stoked to be working with the coolest nurses around. And happy to be doing more than scraping and surviving. I remember having to eat less at each break because otherwise it messed your stomach up. And if course, I have our spare bedroom with blackout curtains ready to go. Anything else?
