You'll just have to be persistent. Are you willing to relocate for work? Have you tried prisons? Did you work as a CNA before graduating?
Ditto on trying corrections. They seem to be more willing to hire new grads. I got hired about a month & a half after passing the boards at a local jail. The pay is okay, and I'm learning a lot so it's all good.

I have a cover letter and resume that has been looked over by teachers that have a masters in nursing and they say my resume is good so I don't think that my resume is the reason. I have applied online and have hand delivered my resume to the surrounding facilities in my area. I've tried hospitals, urgent cares, and mostly LTC. Nothing seems to be working
