Ive been in the OR for a year now scrubbing as a student nurse tech..Now that I have graduated I am training for 3 months to be a circulator..I have to say for me circulating is very hard work...After training for a few weeks I definately have the upmost respect for my ciculator while scrubbing..For me it is physically demanding especially GYN (I have yet to circulate Ortho which having the different kinds to beds and stuff)Its just going to take me a little bit to get used to setting up the room the way the doc likes it and so on...That is the hardest part for me is to know what the doc likes and etc...I can have 5 docs that do gallbladders and they all are different...Its just going to take a little bit getting used to...I am just excited being out of school.:)
