New job, help with resources please!

I am moving from critical care to my hospital's clinic. I am very excited for my new role and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for resources to better understand Medicare and Medicaid? Thanks so much.

Medicare

Part A: covers hospitalization, Nursing Home and Rehab, Home Health Care, Hospice

Part B: 2013 deductible:$147 per year; costs $104.90/month

covers 100% Home Health Care; 80% physician and professional services, Durable Medical Equipment, Lab work

Part C: Medicare Advantage plans (HMO/PPO) that manage Medicare benefits

Part D: Drug coverage

How Medicare works with other insurance

What it means to pay primary/secondary

• The insurance that pays first (primary payer) pays up to the limits of its coverage.
  
• The one that pays second (secondary payer) only pays if there are costs the primary insurer didn't cover.
  
• The secondary payer (which may be Medicare) may not pay all the uncovered costs.
  
• If your employer insurance is the secondary payer, you may need to enroll in Medicare Part B before your insurance will pay
