That is an application for admission to the school of nursing. Does she want to study a nursing program that results in an associates in nursing degree?

Then that is not the right school. They do not offer a BSN. The state board of nursing has a list of schools that offer BSNs on their website. Not all schools can accept international students. She needs to contact the office of international students at each school. It depends on which part of NJ. In Essex County there are a few schools, however admissions are highly competitive and she may not get a seat for Spring 2015 especially with the additional processing required for an F1 student visa and the fact that she must show an affidavit of support for all expenses (tuition, fees, books, room & board, living expenses, incidentals & health insurance). The tuition for a non-resident international student is 2-3x that of a local resident.
