Hello, I was a career changer and originally graduated with my BSN in accounting, however I went back to school and got my Masters in Nursing. Since graduating in May 2020 and passing my NCLEX I have been working as a NICU nurse. I am interested in potentially focusing in dermatology and obtaining my NP. With that being said, I was hoping someone could answer a few questions:
1.) How hard is it to get a job as an NP in dermatology?
2.) Would you suggest an FNP?
3.) What are the hours like in this role?
4.) Do you need to get certified as a botox injector etc.? If so, how do you become certified specifically in NJ, are there any certification programs you recommend?
I appreciate any advice, thank you in advance!
