I recently was offered a job a what seems to be a pretty reputable pediatric home health agency. I have a year of experience at an in-patient skilled nursing facility. However, I've never worked in a home care setting.
I'm having some trouble deciding if I'm just nervous about trying something new I've never done with my nursing career or if this isn't something I'm cut out for. Any advice would be appreciated!!

I think you should have experience in the hospital with peds before you take a home care job with a pediatric company. Nursing school is not enough training when it comes to pediatrics.
