New Hire Training in Banner & dignity health

hello guys! do you know if how long is the training for new hire RN's in banner hospitals and dignity health hospitals in arizona, before they can work by their own? thanks thanks!😊

I am not sure how long the new grad training is for each company, but I have friends who were hired at both following their NCLEX and they say Banner is much better at preparing new grads. Banner is very focused on educating and making sure new grads are absolutely ready and comfortable before they are on their own. Banner is also more competitive as it is BSN only. Banner would be my first option

I had an interview with banner, and they told me their new grad training is about 5-6 weeks, but it depends on how you're doing independently!

I just started at Banner on Monday. Training is going to be at least 6-8 weeks. TONS of training plus classes and even more classes after your initial training is done. It seems amazing

thanks @SuchAMuffin 😊... are you training as a new grad or not? I had a telephone interview last week from banner too but i think i failed the interview😔... I agree, you're training sounds amazing! Enjoy! I hope they will hire me too! lol😁... anyway, how long did you wait till you knew you're hired? thanks again!😊

When did you have your interview, and when did you get told that you got hired?! I had my interview on Friday, and haven't heard anything back yet 😔😔

I had a telephone last friday too but didn't hear anything from them after!😊...They told me that they will just email me. Still waiting..lol😉...hope they will hire us!
