New Hire drug screen HELP

I had to take a drug test for my new job on Tuesday, which I am assuming is going to be a 10 panel drug screen. I had taken a cyclobenzaprine (skeletal muscle relaxant) on Saturday, and thought nothing of it. However, after looking a few things up on the internet, I saw that that medication sometimes shows up on the drug test because it's metabolites are similar to a trcyclic antidepressant. I only took the medication one time (20mg). Should I be concerned that it is going to show up? I have read different places that drug screens include tricyclics. Please help.

If you have a prescription, it should not be an issue.
