New Graduate RN Residency Program

Hello and congrats to everyone who has been accepted into a residency program. I live in Florida and will be applying to a residency program in one of the main cities like Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando and Miami. I would like to know what advice do any of you have for being accepted. What do you think made your application stand out from others? What is the pay for the program?

I have applied to FL health Orlando Hospital july/aug residency and Mount Sinai Residency program..this is a waiting game...I am willing to relocate for any internship in FL..I wish you the best on the job hunt :)

I have applied to Memorial hospital New graduate program which is in Hollywood, Fl. Now just playing the waiting game...

I applied to Memorial Hospital as well, and FL Hospital Orlando/Martin Health Systems/FL Medical Ctr and many others..Does anyone knows about an internship offering at Miami Children's Hospital?..Good luck on the job hunt!..God Bless:)

There is no internship at MCH just apply and do your 90 day probation.
