New graduate RN need help with resume!

Hi, I'm a new graduate RN from Toronto (still waiting for exam results tho), now I want to focus on finding a position in Long Term Care. I have beeing sending resumes out through HFO and some other sites since FEB, I haven't get any call yet. My resume and cover letter were edited by ppl in caree centers many times and they said they are great. However I don't think they are experienced in Nursing resume. Could anyone give me some tips about resume and cover letters? What should I do to get a chance for interview? Thank you so much!

I've seen this idea on the USA forums this lady/gentleman found a list of LTC homes near her area on a website, printed it out and went to each one. It's a pretty smart idea. I hope you get a call back!
