New Graduate Nurse job openings

Hi everyone! I'm a new recent graduate nurse from Los Angeles, I recently graduated from accredited nursing school with my bachelor degree, I need help finding jobs/new grad programs that will actually hire, I've been applying to so many positions and new grad programs, I haven't heard back from anywhere, any tips or tricks or even referrals would be greatly appreciated it. Please help your girl out 😩

What kind of jobs are you applying for? If you're attempting to get into specialized areas like NICU, ICU, etc it might not happen right from the start. Go for something like med-surg and transfer into the position you would like in 6-12 months!
