New Graduate Application Issues

U.S.A. Georgia

I graduated from my school, in GA, in on December 11th and submitted my nursing application to the board on December 15th. The only thing I left for the board to check is my college transcripts which they have had since January 10th. I'm starting to get frustrated because it feels like other people are getting their ATT and scheduling NCLEX and they applied after me. What else can I do to get them besides calling to just process my transcript and send me my ATT? Everything I call I get the same response that it will take up to 21 days to process it.

Hi Peachshan,

I was in the same boat as you not too long ago. It seemed it was taking forever. I can tell you that it took them about 2 weeks to process everything. So at least by Jan 24th you should be hearing something from them. If not, call and inquire.

Thank you so much! I did not realize that it would take this long to process everything. I would have applied early but we were told we had to wait until our degree was posted, understandably.

Hello! I wanted to ask for some advice. For some reason it wouldn't let me post a question on the forum, but it allows me to respond. I received a letter of deficiency, and it really sucks cause they checked and reviewed my application just 2 days before I graduated and the dean has sent my college transcripts. Do you have any advice on what I should do? I called and stuff, I was hoping that the process would be faster since only my transcripts were missing but now I'm a bit worried of not being able to take NCLEX before my residency.
