New Grad Training will start soon - How much time do you get for Lunch/Break

30 minute lunch is standard for 12 hour shift? Did you have to sign a waiver for this? Do you get breaks in between? I know that because of the busy work, lunch/breaks aren't taken religiously. What quick lunch/snacks would you suggest? Thank you for your response and suggestions.

The document to be signed is for the 30 min lunch. There's another choice, 2 30 min lunches have to work 13 hours.
