New Grad “ Should I start in the Hospital “

Hi, everyone. As a new grad is the hospital the best place to go for experience. I’ve been offered several jobs in LTC , I have two interviews at the hospitals in my state one being Magnet Status, and have already had one interview at a Psych Hospital. I don’t want to miss out on New Grad experience so I’m feeling the hospital is the way to go however new grad RN pay sucks as I’m already an LPN making the same if not More
