when i applied i just uploaded my resume, entered in my name, and phone number. i wasn’t given the option to create a job profile and i didn’t get sent a confirmation email that my application was received. did everyone do the same? for those who received the application is there additional information we have to fill out?

I had an application mailed to me and she said I needed to also attach copies of my resume, transcripts, licensure, letter of rec's, application, & I attached a cover letter

Hey, when you were filling out the application, what did you put for the position, department name, and job code number? Since it is not online anymore and I cannot get a hold of someone in HR, I'm unsure what to put. Thanks so much for your help!

When speaking to someone from HR, she stated that you just put "RN New Grad Program" for the position/department applying for. She said that if I wanted to, I could put my preferences in terms of unit down to the side of it.

I also applied and was told to send the application, unofficial transcripts, a resume, cover letter, and letters of reference! However, a friend of mine applied with me and the lady she spoke with forgot to tell her to add all these extra materials and when I called, she asked me to relay the information to my friend as well. I applied late in the game and didn't have copies of letters of reference handy, so I doubt I'll get it.

I e-mailed them regarding my preferred interview date, but didn't receive an e-mail confirmation back. So, I called instead to set up my interview date. Has anyone has an interview with Henry Mayo yet? If so, how was it?
