You are a lifesaver. Thank you for posting this! I rushed to submit my app but now need to go back and see if I missed anything. I uploaded a generic cover letter ':|. I'm just so tired of me trying to perfect my applications and then missing the window by a few minutes/hours.

hey guys I'm a new grad RN looking for a job in southern california/east of los angeles area. I am interested in doing a residency program. when I was looking at residencies in my area I found out for most, you needed to have your license when applying. since I recently passed my NCLEX in July, I missed most fall cohorts. I am currently looking for the start dates/application periods for residency programs in Winter 2025-26/Spring 2026. so far I have compiled my own list as follows. the hospitals at the bottom are ones I could not find information on. if you guys have any more information please comment below or just following if you're in the same boat! ◡̈ side note- I am most interested in mother baby unit, but am open to starting anywhere. I've applied to 6 PP positions and received 2 rejections. if you know any small hospitals as well that accept new graduates, please let me know.
