New Grad Residencies/ Job Opportunities in Boston

Hi there!

I am just waiting for my ATT to test for my NCLEX. I have been looking for jobs but haven't been seeing too many opportunities for new grad RN positions. I applied to Mass General's transition to practice program but have not heard back. Anyone have advice on great hospitals to work at as a new grad? I am totally OK taking a job as a nursing assistant in a hospital I want to be at and work my way up as well. Thank you so much.
