New Grad program at Florida Hospital

Hello all! I recently applied to the new graduate program at Florida Hospital. I had my phone interview with HR about 2 days ago. The HR professional then told me she would send 2 emails, one with a personality survey and the other to submit emails for references. I just sent those off and now the waiting begins. :confused: I'm trying not to freak out! I would love to start my career here. Any tips or insight into the interviews with the unit managers here?? I'm applying for med surg, PCU and neuro ICU. Thanks and good luck to anyone else applying!!

Hi. You say new program is in January at florida hospital I wanted to know which hospital are you referring to. I have applied for a couple of positions with Florida Hospital Waterman and is still waiting for a call back.
